2-Year Warranty on imani Pumps

We’re proud to offer a comprehensive 24-month manufacturer’s warranty on the imani i2 Plus breast pump—double the coverage of most standard warranties. This two-year warranty applies to the main pump unit, ensuring that you can depend on your imani i2 Plus for lasting support throughout your breastfeeding journey.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase or your baby’s birth date, whichever is later, as long as the gap between these dates is no greater than six months.

Please note:

This warranty is only valid for imani breast pumps purchased from imani UK & Europe or its authorised resellers. Proof of purchase is required to verify the warranty.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser listed on the proof of purchase and cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to a third party.
Pump components and accessories are not covered by the warranty.

How Do I Register For Warranty?

No registration is required! Simply keep your purchase receipt as proof of warranty. We recommend taking a digital photo of your receipt in case it fades over time.

What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage;
Improper storage;
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications;
Failure to follow the operating instructions;
Pumps purchased from unauthorized resellers or outside the UK & Europe are not eligible for repair;
Normal wear and tear; and
Water or milk entry into the electric breast pump due to overflow.

The warranty also does not cover lost or stolen breast pumps or accessories.

The user assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the use of this product.

Post-Repair Warranty

For repairs, we provide a one-month warranty on the same fault after servicing. If a replacement motor is issued, the original warranty period will continue from the original date of purchase.

Return Process for Warranty Claims

As we are based in Ireland, all warranty returns must be shipped back to our designated returns address. Here’s what you need to do:

Fill Out the Warranty Claims Form: Begin by completing the Warranty Claims Form above. This helps us assess your claim and determine eligibility.
Await Confirmation: Once we’ve confirmed that your item is eligible for a warranty return due to a fault, we’ll provide you with further instructions and return shipping details. Please keep your proof of postage to ensure reimbursement for the shipping cost if the item is confirmed faulty.
Ship the Item: After receiving confirmation, send the item back to us along with your name, using registered postage or a courier with a tracking number. imani is not liable for any loss or damage during transit, so we recommend using protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Please Note:

If the item is confirmed to be faulty under warranty, we will first attempt to repair the item. If a repair is not possible within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), we will offer a replacement. All necessary shipping costs will be reimbursed if the item is confirmed to be faulty. For full details, please visit our returns policy.
If the item is found not to be faulty upon inspection, all return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The customer may choose to have the item returned to them at their own cost or request that we recycle or dispose of the item on their behalf.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liability

The warranties provided above are the only warranties applicable to imani products, and no warranties extend beyond those expressly stated. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period specified.

Under no circumstances shall imani be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or performance of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss arising from the use of or inability to use the product.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under local law that vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
