Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with your imani purchase. Please review our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

Returns for Unopened/Unused Products

Breast pumps and accessories are personal use items and cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used. However, if the product remains unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date with prior authorization. Please contact us to initiate this return. Once the box seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective pump, please contact us immediately. imani pumps (not accessories) come with a two-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will first attempt to repair it. If a repair is not possible within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days), we will offer a replacement. Please Note: All necessary shipping costs will be reimbursed if the item is confirmed as faulty under warranty.

Conditions for Returns

All items must be returned in their original condition with all components intact and must be shipped in the original packaging. Any items returned in non-merchantable condition or missing components may not be accepted or refunded. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty under warranty.

Sale and Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale or with a discount code applied.

Return Shipping

We do not provide prepaid return labels. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be fully processed.
